I’m an Event Operations, Project, and People Leader with 20+ years of experience supporting teams through fast-paced, high-pressure environments. My background spans large-scale events, multi-market operations, hiring and onboarding, training, compliance support, and cross-functional project execution.

I’ve led teams of all sizes, partnered closely with HR, built practical systems, and stepped into messy moments to stabilize operations and keep people moving forward. My style is collaborative, steady, and people-centered: clear expectations, thoughtful planning, and respect in every interaction.
